We manage construction projects on our clients' behalf and represent their interests fully at every stage of the project: from the planning and construction through to management of the finished building.

Decision-makers and project management

As our clients' representatives, we take control of the entire project management and, in this capacity, are responsible for all decisions relevant to the building. The advantage for clients is that they are relieved entirely of these issues. This is often practical because of the distances involved, shortage of time or human resources, or simply lack of the necessary expertise. In such situations, the client must formally authorize us to make certain decisions. These must be defined with the client and then contractually agreed.
