Project-related financing

Our aim is to give clients a financial framework that enables them to keep track of costs. From the start. By proposing a financial solution that provides them with a clear and transparent foundation on which to base the implementation of their projects.

Independent advice

One thing is clear: we do not offer classical financial advisory services because we are not a bank. For us, financing issues are always linked to a specific project. Our clients benefit from our practical know-how and experience of construction financing issues. We act not only as independent consultants but also as partners, working to secure the necessary financing. Or offering advice on the structuring of their own capital. As project developer, general contractor and/or total services contractor, we take care of finding other parties to take a share in the project or – depending on the project's size and your strategy – other investors.
