Depending on the client's requirements, we define our role as that of either general contractor or total services contractor. The range of services supplied is always tailored precisely to the needs of the construction project in question. As a total services contractor, we are also bound by our agreement to handle the planning of the building project. To achieve this, we liaise closely with external specialists, well-known architects and planning consultants.
